Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email that contains all details regarding your shipment including shipping method and tracking number.

 

Returns

You satisfaction is our first goal, in order to provide you a totally comfortable shopping experience with Separatec. We have a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY for items purchased on www.separatec.com! Please contact us within 30 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. If product can't be returned in original packaging (damaged, lost, washed, tied on, or used), Separatec reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange where there has been an abuse of our return policy. Please contact our customer support team at service@separatec.com with your order number prior to returning any item(s).

 

Cancellations

If you would like cancel you order, you can do that if the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

We want you to experience a new level of comfort with Separatec! We know it's hard for you to experience our innovative product without trying it on. For that reason, we've created our "100% satisfactory" Guarantee. If you're uncomfortable for any reason with your first box of Separatec*, you can keep it. Just let us know whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
