Step 1: Contact customer service at service@separatec.com for a return address.

Step 2. Drop your return package off at any courier company you find convenient. And email the tracking number to service@separatec.com.

Step 3. That’s a wrap! Just wait for your refund or exchange to be processed.

① If you had ordered a box of underwear:

You will get a full refund of your items and the shipping fee of this order.

② If you had ordered more than a box of underwear:

  • You will get a full refund of the item which is unopened and the shipping fee of this order.
  • We cover the cost of returning unopened products.
( Reminder: It is recommended to buy a box of underwear to try on for your first order.)

 

For other customers who want a refund:

① If you received defective items:

  • You will get a full refund of the defective items and the shipping fee of this order.

② If you received items without defects:

  • You will get a full refund of the item which is unopened, excluding the shipping fee of this order.
  • You need to cover the cost of returning unopened products yourself. Return shipping rates will be determined by location.
