We Want You to Experience A New Level of Comfort with Separatec.

If you are unhappy for any reason, we ask that you allow us to make things right. Please email our satisfaction guarantee customer service center at service@separatec.com regarding any issues with your purchase.

Exchange/refunds for first order:

  • We will refund or replace your first pack without question within the first 30 days of purchase, shipping charges are not included.
  • For this reason, we recommend only ordering a pack for your first time trying our products to see if Separatec is right for you.
  • Beyond your first trial pack, we can only exchange any unopened items for a refund or replacement.

Exchange/refunds for other orders:

  • If you have tried a pack from your order and have decided to return the remaining unopened items for a refund, we will refund you the amount paid in full minus the cost of shipping once the unopened items have been received and inspected. Shipping rates will be determined by location.
  •  If you want to exchange the unopened items, we will reship you a new product once the unopened items have been received and inspected. Shipping rates will be determined by location.

How to activate the Satisfaction Guarantee?

If you wish to activate the Satisfaction Guarantee, we require that you contact us before sending anything back. Please e-mail service@separatec.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Email address

This information is important to help us verify that the purchase was made from separatec.com and will be used solely to verify that the request is eligible under the program.

 

Please be advised:

  • Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to purchases made through separatec.com within 30 days.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associate fees such as exchange and transaction fees, on the original purchase, including fees incurred for returns, are not refundable.
  • Special offers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used with the satisfaction guarantee.

 

Separatec reserves the right to reject a return and decline to refund, subject to applicable law, under the following circumstances:

  • That the items received were not in their original condition/packaging.
  • That the items received were received without proper or secure transportation packaging.
  • That you returned products that you were not entitled to return.
  • That items were missing from the return.
  • That you did not follow the return instructions.

 

Orders canceling:

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund including shipping charges.
