We will refund or replace your first pair without question within the first 30 days of receiving them, shipping charges not included. Beyond your first trial pair, we can only exchange any unopened items for a refund or replacement.Only the defective items will be replaced, not the entire order.
Due to sanitary reasons, if any items have been opened, even if they haven't been worn, we cannot accept them. Please keep those opened items and re-gift or donate them as you see fit. Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges – No exceptions. Please note that full-priced items purchased using discount codes not considered final sale.
