- Beyond your first trial pack, we can only exchange any unopened items for a refund or replacement.
Exchange/refunds for other orders：
- If you have tried a pack from your order and have decided to return the remaining unopened items for a refund, we will refund you the amount paid in full minus the cost of shipping once the unopened items have been received and inspected. Shipping rates will be determined by location.
- If you want to exchange the unopened items, we will reship you a new product once the unopened items have been received and inspected. Shipping rates will be determined by location.

I’ve had my share of different types underwear over the years, but these are some of the most comfortable and best fitting pairs i’ve had. Love the dual pouch!

I'm 67 retired Navy. Had a lot of undies throughout the years. Most ending up with holes one place or another. Separatec Everydays are the most comfortable and seem to be most durable at this point that I've worn. I Bought a 6 pack to try them out after a penial implant operation. Bought a second 6 pack not too long after. Now I purchased 2 six packs as a Christmas gift for a best friend (not that it matters, but not that kind of friend, just best buddies for 35 years). My Black Friday purchase included a free 3 pack of a slightly different model which I kept for myself. They are gray with red and blue trimming (for formal name escapes me, they are great too). If you like boxer briefs that are comfortable, durable and don't ride up the leg. You can't go wrong with my recommendation.
Bought a 7 pack a few years back and it was finally time time to retire a few that had worn out. The elastic held up fine, but there are a few places that have worn thin on a few so it was time for a restock. These still wear better and last longer than any other boxer briefs I’ve ever owned. Good support and got great. I wash them in warm, am fairly active and live in a warm climate, so I don’t take it easy on them. Like the regular cotton fabric more than the model or the bamboo. Just a personal preference.
