Exchange/refunds for first order:
- We will refund or replace your first pack without question within the first 30 days of purchase, shipping charges are not included.
- For this reason, we recommend only ordering a pack for your first time trying our products to see if Separatec is right for you.
- Beyond your first trial pack, we can only exchange any unopened items for a refund or replacement.
Exchange/refunds for other orders：
- If you have tried a pack from your order and have decided to return the remaining unopened items for a refund, we will refund you the amount paid in full minus the cost of shipping once the unopened items have been received and inspected. Shipping rates will be determined by location.

Amazing underwear. Wish we had these in the 80’s. True to size. If you have big balls go with the dynamic bamboo rayon in briefs or the trunks. Own a lot of these and buying more. Saxx are in the bottom drawer lol..

I’ll be 72 years young in a couple of months and I’ve experienced all styles and types of underwear over my life span. From the basic white briefs to boxers to bikini to thongs and even going commando at different times. I purchased the Separatec Bamboo Briefs as well as the Stylish Briefs/Cotton and love both materials. I don’t have the body build and manhood build as your models but this somewhat over weight, average junk man has never owned and wore more comfortable underwear. The dual pouch does as promised; lifts and separates. I have no trouble at all in getting body parts to go where they’re supposed to settle into. And so far it’s been much easier going to pee with just raising the outer pouch. I will be ordering more soon.
